We call this apartment Top Roof, because it is half apartment half roof terrace, private. The apartment has one big bed/livingroom with a new comfy couch and big tv. It has a very nice light bathroom with combined shower and bathtub. The kitchen is nice, not to big but it has a lovely view over the mountains. We just got a new big fridge and a big microwave oven, there is gas oven and stove, very clean and works really good. There is also a really good working washing maschine, Universal.
The terrace is extremly beautiful and perfect for laying in the sun, you can even sleep outside in the summer. The view is very nice aswell, you can see the Valley of the Kings. The terrace is decorated with beautiful plants and flowers.
The neighborhood is very quiet, it is located in New Fayrouz and very close to the Luxor football club. It`s very close to everything, just a five min. walk and you`ll be in Television-street, two min. walk and you`ll be in Medina-street, and three min. walk and you`ll be at the Sonesta Hotel. So this really is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything but still sleep quiet at night.
We have fully working Wi-Fi, which is included in the price. Cleaning is included aswell, and it is up to you when you want cleaning.
The price is definatly negotiable.
The apartment was build in 2010, so it`s very new and we just got it re-painted so its very nice and clean. Has aircondition.
The apartment may be small but its perfect for a nice holiday for two. It`s definatly worth checking out.
